Production takes 2–4 business days (every piece is made to order). Delivery with UPS, FedEx or DHL Express: USA & Canada 2–4 business days, EU & UK 2–3 business days, Australia and the rest of the world 4–7 business days. Shipping is free worldwide.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the total price.

What is your return policy?
30-day returns on non-custom items in original condition. Personalized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. If anything arrives damaged, send photos within 72 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.
